Why a pilot floor of $250k?

A pilot is a scoped, delivered engagement — the engine deployed in your environment, your copybook set parsed and gated, and a full parity report and signed receipt produced. It's priced as the de-risking of a migration, not a tool license.

How is the gateway billed?

As recurring infrastructure: an annual platform fee plus a volume component tied to the data crossing the boundary. It's in early access — pricing is set with design partners as we shape it. Start with a pilot; the gateway is the same engine run continuously.

Do we pay for data you see?
