The fidelity gateway

Your mainframe will feed the AI for years. Verify every record that crosses.

A migration is a moment. The flow of legacy data into your cloud and AI systems is permanent — daily batches, change-data-capture streams, feature pipelines. IronParse becomes the gateway on that boundary and proves, continuously, that every record arrives faithful to the source. One signed receipt per batch, forever.

Legacy

The mainframe

COBOL copybooks, fixed-width records, packed decimals — still running, still emitting.

Parse · gate · sign

Every batch parsed deterministically, run through five gates, and signed. In your perimeter. Fails closed.

Only verified data crosses. Only the receipt leaves your perimeter — never the records.

From project to permanent

The mainframe doesn't leave the day you cut over.

For most banks and insurers the mainframe keeps running for years after a "migration," emitting data into the modern stack every day. Every one of those flows is a place fidelity can silently break — a pipeline change, a new field, a re-train. A one-time sign-off ages out. A gateway treats verification as infrastructure, not an event.

What you get

A living fidelity ledger, not a memory of a project.

Instead of a single sign-off that decays, you get an append-only record of signed parity receipts — every batch, every day, queryable. When an auditor, a regulator, or your model-risk team asks whether the data feeding a model is faithful, the answer is a receipt with a timestamp, not a recollection.

Fails closed

A batch that doesn't pass parity is flagged before it reaches the model — corruption never silently enters the AI stack.

Zero egress

The gateway runs inside your VPC. The data never leaves; only the receipt does. No new attack surface, no third party.

Deterministic

Same input, same verdict, every run. The proof is reproducible — exactly what audit and model-risk frameworks require.

Why now

AI turned a one-time risk into a standing one.

Models retrain. Pipelines change. New data keeps arriving. Fidelity that was proven once decays the moment the next batch lands. The organizations that win with AI on enterprise data are the ones that can prove fidelity on a Tuesday — not just at cutover. The gateway is how you prove it continuously.

Start at the boundary

Begin with one migration. Grow into the gateway.

A pilot verifies one system today and signs the receipt that proves it. The same engine becomes the gateway on every flow that follows.

Request a pilot → Read the spec
The continuous gateway is the direction IronParse is built for; today's pilots deliver the same deterministic parse, five gates, and signed receipt on your first system.
